Remakeit is a SaaS platform that allows users to create TikTok videos from YouTube content by applying customizations like AI-generated voiceovers, background music, and subtitles. You must be at least 18 years old to use Remakeit. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1. Original Content Creation : Remakeit provides tools to transform YouTube videos into TikTok-compatible content. However, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that any content you create using the Service complies with the terms and policies of bothYouTube and TikTok, including monetization requirements.
2. Copyright Compliance : Remakeit does not claim ownership over the content you choose to process. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any third-party content uploaded or linked to the Service.
3. Usage Rights : You agree not to use any copyrighted YouTube material without the original creator’s or copyright holder’s permission unless the content falls under “fairuse” guidelines or public domain laws. Remakeit does not guarantee
1. AI Voiceovers, Music, and Subtitles : The AI voiceover, background music, and subtitle features provided by Remakeit are tools for enhancing your content. These elements do not automatically make the final video an original work exempt from copyright claims. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of all content you create.
2. Copyright Disclaimer : Remakeit disclaims any liability for copyright infringement claims that may arise from the use of copyrighted YouTube videos. We recommend users create content from public domain or copyright.
1. You agree not to use Remakeit to create content that violates intellectual property rights, defames individuals, spreads misinformation, or promotes illegal activities.
2. You shall not misuse the Service to breach the terms of any platform where the final video will be posted, including TikTok or YouTube, which may have their own guidelines for monetization eligibility and copyright.
Remakeit is not responsible for :
1. Any loss or damages resulting from the removal or refusal of content by TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform due to copyright issues, community guidelines, or monetization requirements.
2. Any revenue loss due to third-party platform policies that affect the monetization of content created with Remakeit.
3. Technical errors, outages, or interruptions that may impact the Service's availability or functionality.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remakeit, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims or violations of third-party terms of service.
1. Account Security : You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account.
2. Subscription Terms : Remakeit offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Refunds are generally not offered unless in cases of technical issues caused directly by Remakeit that prevent the creation of content. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once a video has been created. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account portal, with access remaining active until the end of the billing cycle.
Remakeit reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you lose access to all content and features of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
Remakeit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
